Lelah Riley

Lelah Riley emerges as a remarkable individual with a diverse professional journey and a profound commitment to teamwork and shared accomplishments. Having navigated through various fields, from Military service to roles at McDonald's, Lelah thrives in environments where collective efforts lead to tangible results. Notably, her most cherished "job" involved volunteering at a Pitbull rescue, reflecting her passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others. Currently immersed in the field of solar energy, Lelah's enthusiasm stems from a genuine belief in the power and importance of sustainable energy solutions.


Reflecting on her past experiences, Lelah bravely shares her journey as an individual with autism and ADHD, highlighting the challenges she faces in areas that many find natural, such as social cues and organization. However, her unique perspective and unwavering spirit showcase a remarkable resilience and an appreciation for her distinctive outlook on life. Drawing inspiration from childhood memories, Lelah's fondness for the color yellow, stemming from a field of daisies near her grandfather's house, reflects her deep-rooted connections to her past. Additionally, her upbringing around the Cincinnati Reds stadium, where her Dad and Grandmother worked, instilled in her a love for sports and community.


Driven by a desire to connect with others on a deeper level, Lelah aspires to learn multiple languages, including ASL and Spanish, to enhance her communication skills and engage with a more diverse range of individuals. Family plays a central role in Lelah's life, with her three beautiful daughters, Angel, Memori, and Isabell, and fiancé Chris serving as her pillars of strength, motivation, and joy. Their presence not only provides purpose and fulfillment but also serves as a driving force behind Lelah's unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth.
