As an infantry Army Veteran, Chance Voss embodies discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic, traits that have shaped his career path. With six years of managerial experience in the automotive industry, Chance honed his organizational and problem-solving skills before transitioning to helping homeowners navigate the solar process efficiently and effectively for over two years.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Chance's roots run deep in his community, where he graduated from Western Hills High School in 2011 alongside some of his esteemed colleagues. His passion for automotive engineering shines through in his hobby of rebuilding and restoring truck engines, showcasing his technical expertise and attention to detail. A lifelong athlete, Chance has excelled in football and baseball since the age of 6 and now channels his love for the game into coaching a little league team, instilling values of teamwork and sportsmanship in young players.
Family holds a special place in Chance's heart, as the second oldest of three children, he values the bond with his siblings. His dedication to fatherhood is evident in his involvement with his 8-year-old son, who shares his passion for baseball and plays on the little league team that Chance coaches. Additionally, his 10-year-old child, also a baseball enthusiast, actively participates in little league, fostering a love for the sport within the family. Together, they embody a shared love for baseball and a commitment to supporting each other's growth and success.
